Let's stay connected. Join us on-screen.

Every Second Thursday of the Month

Especially during this time, YEC is devoted to keeping connections strong.

Our Women Entrepreneurs chair, Amy Stellhorn, will facilitate discussions with other women within the community, connecting with one another and focusing on a variety of topics the group can chime in on and find value.

These will be a great opportunity to not only meet other women leaders but to also steer the direction of the group. This is a new program and we would really like your participation to help build these efforts in the coming months.

We've already sent out recurring calendar invitations from our "experiences@yec.co" account -- check your inbox and accept if you haven't already!

Connect with your chair and check out what we have coming up below.

The YEC team has been hard at work compiling resources that may help during these unforeseen challenges, and members have been providing both complimentary and discounted services, products and information that can benefit all.

Survive or Thrive: Overcoming Fear and Self-limiting Beliefs in Service to a Stronger Business and Life

December 10, 2020

Crawford Cragun

executive coach

northbound leadership

"Fear, self-judgments and insecurities were my secret and my burden. They were my companions everywhere I went. Dissolving these sabotaging lies changed my professional and personal life - I became a stronger, more effective and caring leader, father, husband and friend to myself. Overcoming these is the most courageous and powerful work we can do, asking hard questions, digging deep, discovering fears, facing self-doubt, quieting their inner critic, rejecting shame. This work is from the inside-out and unleashes us from a shackled life of survival to an unlimited life where we can thrive, creating the life we truly want." – Crawford Cragun

As we dug into this conversation, attendees walked away with steps they can implement immediately by creating different, more effective results, inside and out.

ENTOURAGE EFFECT CAPITAL

With employees working from home and everyone on video-call burnout, we need to be more intentional about how we show up for ourselves and our teams.

Amy leads an award-winning creative agency that was recently named International Small Agency of the Year by the DMA Echo Awards. Rachel is an entrepreneur, educator, speaker, mentor and the proud owner of PRESS Modern Massage, an award winning group of clinical massage studios. Codie is a Managing Partner at Entourage Effect Capital, a growth equity fund in the legalized cannabis space.

A panel discussion turned into a roundtable which covered the following:

What leadership challenges have you seen?
What changes have you made in how you lead in the time of COVID-19?
What is self-leadership to you? and what difference does it make?
What are the challenges to your own self-leadership?
What have you held onto in the past that held you back?
What leadership opportunities are in front of you for which you feel least prepared?
